Welcome to JustMeats. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website and making a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. Definitions

  • "JustMeats", "we", "our", "us" refers to the operator of this website.
  • "Customer", "you", "your" refers to the person accessing and using our services.
  • "Products" refers to the meat and food items available for purchase.
  • "Order" refers to a request to purchase Products from us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Orders and Pricing

3.1 Placing Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase Products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. An order is only confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.

3.2 Pricing

  • All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
  • We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct pricing errors before or after order confirmation.

3.3 Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to offer a substitute or full refund.

4. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe.
  • All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details.
  • Your order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Area

We deliver across all seven Emirates of the UAE. Delivery availability and timing may vary by location.

5.2 Delivery Times

  • We aim to deliver within 48-72 hours of order confirmation.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • We will notify you if there are any delays to your delivery.

5.3 Delivery Fees

  • Delivery is free for orders over AED 300.
  • A delivery fee of AED 25 applies to orders under AED 300.

5.4 Receiving Delivery

You (or someone authorized by you) must be available to receive the delivery. Products should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Quality Guarantee

If you receive products that are damaged, incorrect, or not of satisfactory quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

6.2 Return Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products must have been stored correctly (refrigerated) since delivery.
  • Photos of the issue may be required.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind due to food safety regulations.

6.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days to the original payment method. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Product Information

  • All products are 100% halal certified.
  • Product descriptions, weights, and images are provided for guidance.
  • Actual product appearance may vary slightly from images.
  • Weights are approximate and may vary slightly.
  • Please check product descriptions for allergen information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustMeats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of JustMeats and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
